Manners at the table
Whether you're attending a
wedding that you know will be of
the relaxed kind or you're going
to the wedding of the year at
the house of counts and queens,
there will always be things you
need to remember about table
manners.
The guest may not seat
themselves before the host has
found his seat and has sat down
at the table - remember, at a
wedding, the groom might not be
the host, for instance, the host
could be the father of the bride.
The host is whoever sent you the
invitation.
If the dinner is of the kind
with a great number of courses,
simply remember to always start
from the outside and work your
way toward the plate, when
picking your knives, spoons and
fork from the table.
Always remember to act
respectfully during the dinner -
the couple chose the menu
carefully because they thought
it would be perfect for their
wedding, so you're expected to
praise it, whether you share
their opninion or not.
